Shane very capably handled finding a very comfortable home for us in Camas. In July 2022, we found ourselves in need of Shane's help again. A phone call to him on a Saturday night that he graciously took and made an appointment for the next day to begin the process of listing our home for sale. Since that time and on to closing we felt we were in competent hands. Shane immediately photographed the exterior and some interior shots and even an aerial drone shot of the property. He is a master at marketing and promotional tools. We appreciated the way Shane communicated with us and kept us informed every step of the way. Shane was extremely helpful in explaining the process and guiding us, especially after we were in Florida. He patiently walked us through DocuSign as we are not very computer savvy.
